The second National PAR Monitor of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s public administration reform for 2019/2020 is a product of almost a year-long monitoring process, which relied on different data collection techniques and thus resulted in an abundance of findings. The authors of this report are from the Foreign Policy Initiative BH: Anida Šabanović, Senior Researcher, and Haris Ćutahija, Researcher.
