Women’s negotiation workshop with Dr. Deborah Kolb

The aim of the project is organization of two two and a half day workshops aimed at empowering female politicians and women planning to run for office in the 2018 general elections to negotiate both better positions for themselves within their parties and also advocate more effectively for issues affecting women in BiH. The workshops will be conducted by Dr. Deborah Kolb, US foremost authority in the fields of negotiation, leadership and gender.

Project duration: August 2017- August 2018
