Background

Foreign Policy Initiative BH, in cooperation with partners from the Think for Europe Network and representatives of V4 countries is implementing the project with the aim of raising capacities and advocacy potencial of civil society organizations from the Western Balkans and Visegrad Group countries. The project is financed by the International Visegrad Fund.

Timeline

March 2017 – February 2018

Project aim

This project will address the deficiencies of policymaking systems by enhancing CSOs capacities from the WB to take more active part in the policymaking and advocate for a more enabling legal environment for the CSOs through learning from the experiences of the V4 countries. Through the exchange of knowledge and experience within the V4 region and together with the WB partners through a consortium of 10 partners, capacities and advocacy potential of the V4 partners will also be raised. By learning from V4 systems and experiences, the project will further increase the 6 WB partners’ capacities and relevance to act under Think for Europe Network and within it, to upgrade the newly established Centre for Excellence in Policymaking Systems.
